We also work as venture capital management firm specializing in investing for startups, early stage, pre and post revenue companies, series A, series B, growth capital, and mature companies. We do not invest more than ten percent of the companies' capital in a single portfolio company; do not invest more than 20 percent of the capital in pre-revenue portfolio companies; do not invest more than 40 percent of the capital in post-revenue portfolio companies; and may invest an unlimited amount in growth capital investments.

F. BANK INSTRUMENTS MANAGEMENT:

The consultant will provide financial instruments for the customer which may include;

• Preparation of the feasibility study and business plan to receive financial instrument (BG, SBLC) monetization and the budget planning to organize the cash flows.
• Assessments, negotiations and preparations of contracts or other information to properly identify areas where financial institutions, organizations and banks provide the amount of funds requested as BG, SBLC or cash monetized for projects customers.
• Development of processes, procedures and templates that can be applied to control and manage the financial and investment activities.

The scope of services above agreed between the consultant and the client. Within 5 working days after the commencement of field work, the consultant will develop a specific work program will be carried out according to a schedule. The consultant will also provide briefings, updates and other forms of communication to keep the public informed of the progress client.

The services will be rendered by Consultant theme to change if necessary to maintain the client correctly. The Consultant shall perform the services of competent and professional manner. The Consultant shall comply with applicable laws.

We are direct supplier of fresh cut bank instrument for lease / sale, such as BG, SBLC, MTN, Bonds of the Bank, in particular for rent without advance in the rental price of the nominal value, issue by HSBC London / Hong Kong or any other AA rated Bank in Europe, Middle East or USA. Leased instruments can be obtained at minimal cost by the borrower compared to other banking options.

Leased instruments include: BG, Insurance Guarantees, MTN, (SBLC) letters of credit and guarantees to third parties as a standby commitment to purchase or a standby loan.
